Production & Shipping Policy

Every Saudade album is made to order and personalised just for you. Production begins once your order has been placed and payment has been confirmed.

Production Time

Orders typically require up to 5 business days for production before they are dispatched. 

During peak periods or promotional events, production times may be slightly longer.e.

Shipping & Delivery

Saudade proudly ships worldwide.

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

 

Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. While we work with trusted shipping partners, delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and cannot be guaranteed.

Important Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. 

Saudade cannot be responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect address details.

Reprints Policy

At Saudade, we take great care in creating premium photo albums designed to hold your most meaningful memories. Each album is carefully crafted with attention, intention and love. However, as our products involve human craftsmanship and personalised printing, on rare occasions things may not be perfect.

 

If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your album, and we will do our very best to make it right.

Our Faulty Policy

If your order has a fault due to a manufacturing or production error (such as a defect in workmanship), we will gladly arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

If your album arrives damaged in transit, please contact our team hello@saudadealbums.com within 14 days of delivery, and we will assist with a replacement.

Reprints for Customer Errors

Because each Saudade album is custom-made, we are unable to offer refunds for changes of mind or errors made during the design process — including spelling mistakes, incorrect dates, layout choices, or images uploaded below our recommended resolution.

 

However, we understand how important these memories are. If you need to correct an error in your album, we are happy to help you reprint it at 50% of the original retail price. Please contact our team hello@saudadealbums.com and we will be more than happy to help you.

Image Quality & Colour Disclaimer

Saudade prints your images true to the digital files you provide, within the natural limitations of professional digital printing. We do not offer colour correction services.

While we take all feedback about print quality seriously, we reserve the right to decline complaints where the printed result accurately reflects the supplied files.
